What should I expect from a first conversation?

A practical conversation about the workflow or task you want to improve, the systems and data involved and where AI might genuinely help. No deck, no generic AI pitch.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before getting in touch?

No. Many conversations start with a vague problem: too much manual work, slow reporting, messy product data or a team stretched on repetitive tasks. We can help shape it from there.

Is this only for distributors and merchants?

No. We work with any business with complex workflows, fragmented data or repetitive operational tasks. Distributors, merchants, trade suppliers and commerce teams are common because of how their systems fit together.

How quickly do you respond?

Usually within one working day. If you share a short note about the workflow or team you want to improve, the first reply will already be useful.

What if we are not ready to commit to anything?

That is fine. A first conversation is just a conversation. If it is more useful to start with the AI readiness assessment or one of the other tools, we will say so.

Do you work with our existing systems?
