Does the platform replace our ERP, WMS or commerce system?

No. The platform sits alongside existing ERP, WMS and commerce systems and structures the operational decisions made between them, including pricing, inventory and fulfilment choices. Core infrastructure stays in place.

What data does the platform need?

It uses the data already used to support pricing, inventory and fulfilment decisions, such as product, stock, order and customer data from your ERP and commerce platform. The work is structuring and aligning that data to specific decisions, not rebuilding your data architecture.

How is this different from a data platform or BI tool?
